Blu Marlin - VILLASIMIUS

I do not understand Italian and the translation in English was totally wrong they said tomato and mussel soup and they did not have tomatoes but instead have lemon. Apparently it was correct in Italian but the translation was totally wrong not to mention the very embarrassing menu with so many spelling mistakes.. The food was actually quite good but the service was appalling. No wine glasses available and the waiter had no idea of what wines were on offer. The white wine was warm and the red wine was chilled. We couldn't split the bill between cash and cards because the owner couldn't be bothered with two different transactions which in itself says everything about this place. I think in a tourist place like Villasimius the Blu Marlin is a No Go Zone!!!

I went here on my first night out in Villasimius and it was the perfect welcome dinner. If you are a fish lover, here you find great quality dishes. The first experience was so nice that we decided to go there again on our last night, and i confirm after trying other restaurants in Town, this was the best by far. Great atmosphere, and the friendly attention of the waiter makes you feel like home. I totally recommend this place!

Amazing food, harmony of tastes. Entertaining waiter, very helpful. I would bet, it is best restaurant in town.

Have tried 6-7 restaurants around the main roads in the city and this was the only one we enjoyed so far.

Food: amazing. Chef Manu is on the case and obviously knows what he's doing. Service: everybody is very accommodating and even in adversity (i.e. last night's torrential storm) they have managed to cater for us and we really appreciated it. Well done, ragazzi!!!
