L'Auberge du Relais des Sapins

The idea that relais is just a transport café, is driven by this wonderful street restaurant on the only street in avenas, in the high beaujolais. we were in teh society of about 50 older French obviously together to lunch. the atmosphere was... miraculously the intention is great. but, more importantly, it is one of the games of an enthusiastic and experienced owner / chef (and he is a beautiful man) with simple, local products and preparation and presentation it great. when they analyze it, it's easy, but the joy is immense. an informal atmosphere, with the staff in front of the house relaxed in what they do and enormously competent in the work. and with a 3-course plate de jour this quality for 13 euro it was exceptionally good. a jewel in the skin beaujolais.
