Hygiene not to the top, we saw the staff drop a pot of mushrooms and all put in it then on the work plan. And pasta, for whom they scraped sauce on the work plan and put it in the customer's box.

I don't recommend preparation time long enough. Sandwich makes the economy despite the prices. My dessert has been forgotten but has been billed. Hygiene.
