The staff is kind and prepared. Always very helpful, greet with the smile (not discounted today! . The products are always wanted and there is a lot of choice. There is attention to the customer and you can also see in the cozy and bright environment. Prices are competitive. The part of the catering is great! Sweets would be to try them all. An ideal and healthy environment with healthy people. Bravo!
Measures for the containment of contagion practically null. Personal with masks brought incorrectly. Obviously no green pass control. When you point out that you should be in control, they answer you as if they were above the law. A chain of shops that should be useful to those seeking to respect the environment and their body, I think it should also prove to have a greater civil sense.
Good food, courteous staff, but they do not comply with the provisions of LEGGE. There's no staff to verify the GREEN PASS so you can be sitting next to a NO-VAX that doesn't even have the swab made and you don't know. IN A PERIOD OF PANDEMIA It is ASSURDO, as well as SLEALE towards restaurants that instead apply the rules and DELINQUENZIALE towards ONESTI citizens. So the vote is negative for this.
I am a fixed customer of the store and I appreciate the dishes of the hot bistro/table, recommended for vegans. But dining there is a suffering for the level of noise produced by the continuous back and forth of the debrigo trolleys inside and outside the kitchen. Impossible to support a normal conversation, but also to eat alone in tranquility: you are submerged by the noise. It really seems to me an absolute lack of attention to customers, much more paradoxical if you think about the mission of this chain of shops. What sense does it make to spread relaxing music and offer vitalized water if it then seems to eat in the sorting warehouse of a shipper? One last thing, just about water: I share the opinion of other customers who have emphasized the absurd cost of vitalized water. I would expect a nice gesture of coherence: to completely eliminate plastic bottles, which should not really find place in a place that claims to be environmentally friendly, and to offer customers free tap water, or sparkling water at a surcharge. But please do not offend our intelligence with the history of vitalized water.
