We had such a great experience. The staffs are exceptional. Very friendly, caring and professional. Especially the manager, the Chef, the waiter and the front desk receptionist. The room is very impressive, clean and comfy bed. The view from our room was beautiful. The food was excellent and the wine was superb.

A fireplace in a room was so nice. Big rooms. Only the gym is a bit tiny

Amazingly beautiful and comfortable room, exceptionally good room service, very polite, professional and helpful receptionists. All in all would absolutely recommend this Hotel, and will definitely come back! Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

The service at the restaurant was very awkward, I would say too informal. We received our first course within 1 hour from arrival of our party, while our dinner lasted 4,5 hours in total (we chose a fixed dinner menu, so it shouldn't have taken so long; we have inquired several times if our food is coming soon). There was a terrible draft as everyone was constantly opening and closing the doors (they could keep some of the doors closed to prevent the draft). The food was ok but nothing special. I feel that there were too many competing flavours in my plate. Overall a strange experience.
