Mano Guru - Vilnius

I love Mano guru. Their salads are always fresh and look appetizing. Unfortunately, the place is far from being vegan or vegetarian. I think there are only three vegan salads here. There are many kinds of tea. The atmosphere is nice and waiters are friendly. I also love the interior. It's a perfect place for a light snack or tea, but do not go here if you are very hungry. ; Three cow stars only because it's neither vegan nor vegetarian. The location of this salad bar is quite good and because it's not in the actual old town the customers are mostly business men, not tourists. The staff are ex-drug addicts so there's some nice goodwill. They serve meat, but there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. We visited here once during our stay. The salads were ok with nice flavors, but we felt they had a lack of some ingredients. The atmosphere is nice, service is good, and it's worth a visit if you're around.

Loved the breakfast, specially the benedict eggs with salmon. Excellent service and nice space for kids.
