Jardin Del Arte Sano - Vinales

They advertise with the vegan meals. We tried the vegan burger and the vegan ropa vieja. The burger was nice, but the ropa vieja was too salty. I liked that they had a vegan ropa vieja though, classic Cuban dish, so it was nice to try a vegan version.

Nice and relaxed atmosphere. A few vegan options. Had the vegan burger and had great flavours, came with homemade chips, fry up of vegetable and some pineapple

The vegan burger was very special and I did not expect such flavors here in Vinales! Nice environment nice music and perfect piña colada!

Being vegan in Cuba is not super straightforward and this is the first place i 've been with a vegan section of the menu that included 'Ropa Vieja ' Vegan, Vegan burger, a vegan rice dish, a salad, a sauteed vegetable dish and a vegan sandwich. There were also olives as well. I had the burger which was a homemade patty, served with tortilla style chips (probably plantain) and some veg. For dessert a delicious grilled pineapple and rum dish which they just omitted the ice cream for (first dessert i 've seen in Cuba). Staff were lovely, the setting was incredibly beautiful and the drinks delicious. Slighty more expensive than other places but still only around £4 for the burger.
