Lic's Ice Cream & Sandwich Shp

My family and I went there tonightJune 22nd and had the worst experience. We ordered a chocolate shake and when we got it the shake looked like just milk. When we asked to make a new one or just refund the young guy asked the young girl and she said no in the most rude manor. This use to be a good place for ice cream What happened??

Went today June 19 at about 9:30pm. We ordered 2 sundae and they were both made wrong, 1m&m milk shake and got a Reese cup shake instead. 1 kids chocolate one cream in a cup and they put in a cone. The only thing right was our 2 lg Pepsi’s! We are from FL and have always loved going. Very disappointed

Their plain vanilla bean ice cream is so good. Love the choc o balls and that there is a new featured flavor every month.

Had the turtle sundae deluxe. It was awesome. Great service and great atmosphere.

Still consistent... Just like it was 30 years ago before I moved away. The girls at the window were really sweet.
