Dunkin' - Vineland

I visited the restaurant before 11 AM and ordered a blueberry muffin and a donut. Unfortunately, the blueberry muffin was hard and stale, and my friend who tried the donut said it tasted stale as well. I had always thought donuts were meant to be fresh, but these were really disappointing. I wish I had taken a picture of the muffin; it looked like someone had dropped it and then just put it back on the shelf—it was all squished on top!

Every time I order coffee from them, it tastes burnt. It's ridiculous; whether I get it iced or hot, the flavor is consistently burnt.

I placed my order through the app to avoid a lengthy wait. However, when I arrived, I felt completely ignored. I had to ask about my order, and they simply pointed to a bag that only contained 2 out of the 14 items I had ordered. With a noticeable attitude, they hurriedly packed the rest of my order, making it seem like I was inconveniencing them. Additionally, the items weren't as fresh as those from other locations in Vineland.

At this point I just try not go here. Every single time the coffee taste HORRIBLE. I speak slow , polite and concise and they still get my order wrong. It?s the worst location in Vineland. Idk if they just don?t care or they just don?t know, but neitheris good for business.
