Starbucks - Vineyard

Very disappointed, this Starbucks location I’ve been to frequently due to how close it is to my house, and only one of the five times did they actually get my order right. The wait time is longer than usual. They are always nice but It always seems to have something go wrong. Either I get the wrong drink or they forget to add something. Now I have to go out of my way to a location which actually is consistent in getting my order right, not consistently wrong.

I can’t not believe they are going to start charging $2 for light or no ice!!! Just in case their drinks aren’t over priced enough! I guess I’ll have to make up for it by tipping less

Unfortunately this is the worst Starbucks in the area. We've all had 1st jobs as teenagers, but the kids who work here just don't have it together. The girl taking our order had no clue how to work the POS system, and was so distracted by her coworker we had to repeat our drink orders 3 times. They then messed up both of our drinks, just didn't read the stickers. Completely forgot our food, had to remind them twice. Won't be going back.

I’m very upset and disappointed. I get the the same drink everyday and I order ahead online. I get a triple shot of espresso with 3/4ths oat milk(on the app it says it’s extra and fills up 3/4th of the cup), 2 pumps vanilla, 1 toffee nut, and cold foam. Today when I went in to get my drink and it was only full halfway. I didn’t have time to say anything and was like “it’s fine, it’ll taste just as good” I was very wrong. As I was walking out I could hear someone behind the counter say something about my drink and they started laughing. I shrugged it off, but when I tasted my drink, it was clear that they had put WAYY more than one pump of toffee nut syrup in it, and with the little amount of drink already in the cup, it was undrinkable. I’m very upset with this location and the way their employees behaved. Not filling up a drink all the way is one thing, but purposely making it wrong and then laughing about it is not ok especially when the product is not cheap to begin with.

Always out of cold brew. Need to hang a sign, so we don’t get stuck in the drive thru because the coffee shop has once again run out of coffee. It’s imperative that a coffee shop be stocked with coffee.
