Almost no one in the restaurant.... So not busy but the waitress was I a hurry to clear plates , drinks, etc before we even finished.. perplexing as they only had one other table I don't like to feel like i am being rushed out Also, reservation was made for indoor table which is a misnomer as they are all outside and it was cold had to go to room to get coats
Lovely evening. Nioka was an excellent service. Food was very good. We had the Tacos. Seemed a little excessive price wise for two small tacos??? $45 But thankfully good. Our little LED light didn't work in our table And it wasn't changed out. We would go back
For a signature dining experience at the Ritz Carlton, I had expected far better. My daughter and I had been looking forward to trying it out last night. Our tuna tostada appetizer was beautifully presented and delicious. Beyond that, my chicken entree was overcooked and underwhelming. My daughter at least enjoyed her pasta for the most part, but frankly it was nothing to write home about. What was most disappointing and almost insulting, followed our entree course. We had spotted churros on our way in and were excited to save room for dessert. Instead, upon completion of our entrees, our server inquired, anything more I can do for you? Rather than offering coffee or dessert, I had to request the dessert menu, furthered by ordering a coffee in the meantime. What followed honestly shocked me, again for their SIGNATURE dining experience on property. Our server brought me a coffee in a paper cup with a plastic lid to which I asked, are there no glass cups? This was the dinner hour, not the morning rush hour. Her response was a very quick and curt, no. I don 't believe that at all. She came off as annoyed that I even asked. And, if that was in fact the truth, shame on the Ritz. I immediately asked for the check.... we had no desire to order dessert where we did not feel welcome or our business appreciated. We had dined at The Grill at the Ritz Carlton Naples on the Beach the night before. Now that was a wow. Ria could learn a thing or two or ten from the accommodating and professional associates just down the way. We will not dine at Ria again. What a genuine disappointment on so many levels.
After verifying reservations twice we showed up and table was not set, took quite some time to get service. Way too cold to be outside they really should have denied even seating us and suggested an inside table. whole experience was awful.
