Have been coming here for years. Best Poke in town! With a rewards punch card, it’s hard to resist their Incredible, fresh seafood and all the toppings one could want. I usually go for the spicy tuna and octopus blend with rice and greens.

10 stars! The attractive Vinings location, the upbeat, modern, chic look and cool plants, the incredibly fresh food, and amazing and extensive poke bowl toppings. The amazingly reasonable pricing, the satisfying portion size. This is the kind of food that tastes fresh, delicious, and filling, but doesn't make you feel weighed down. It was a total win when we visited for the first time today. Definitely planning to go back! Very pleased!

I discovered this restaurant one day while I was in the mood for octopus, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my new favorite poke bowl spot in Atlanta. The place is very clean and offers ample seating both indoors and outdoors. They have a wide range of toppings and eight different proteins to choose from, which is fantastic. There’s also a nice selection of Asian drinks and snacks if you prefer not to order an entrée. The poke nacho bowl on the menu caught my attention—it sounded intriguing. I can confidently say this is a great place to check out for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, though parking can be a bit limited.

I absolutely love this restaurant! It is incredibly clean, and the food is both very healthy and satisfying. I really enjoy the wide selection of fresh toppings, and I appreciate the high quality of the ingredients used. The customer service is excellent, too! The atmosphere is fantastic, and you’ll leave feeling energized after your meal!

Bowl Lab stands out as one of the exceptions to the trend, consistently attracting customers with its uniquely crafted poke experience. During our visit on a Friday evening around 7:30 PM, we noticed several groups dining both indoors and outdoors (they close at 9 PM). The indoor AC was extraordinarily cold, prompting us to choose an outdoor table instead. Their current poke bowl prices are: - Regular: $12.45 (2 scoops of protein) - Large: $14.45 (3 scoops of protein) - X-Large: $16.45 (4 scoops of protein) We opted for the regular bowls but were curious whether choosing a Large or X-Large would simply mean an extra scoop of protein, or if the base (salad or rice) would also increase proportionally. The food ordering process was seamless. Though the staff member was somewhat quiet, he was friendly. We chose pre-set menu options to simplify our selections. Our bowls came in eco-friendly cardboard containers, and the overall presentation was impressive. The signature sauces drizzled on top blended beautifully with all the ingredients, which contributed to the restaurant's popularity compared to other poke bars. Parking can be a challenge, as there are a few spaces available in front of the restaurant, with additional spots located in the garage behind it. As we were leaving around 8 PM, a car pulled up next to us, and the driver asked if we knew where Bowl Lab was—this just goes to show how well-known this place is. Luckily, we visited during a quieter time, so we didn’t have to wait for a table or to place our orders. Overall, we had an excellent dining experience and will definitely return. As of now, Bowl Lab has only this one location, but their website mentions "COMING SOON" for several areas, including Midtown, GA, Kennesaw, GA, Buckhead, GA, Sandy Springs, GA, Miami, FL, and Charlotte, NC. While they haven't provided a timeline for the openings, I'm hopeful they will debut soon so more people can enjoy this fantastic poke experience!
