The Riverfront - Virginia

Had a great visit here today. Staff were very welcoming and helpful special shout out to the hard working Matthew each one had a smile and/or a nice comment, great to see. Food was fantastic well done to the kitchen staff. Good to see that the venue was spotless as well. Thanks to you all for a lovely afternoon looking forward to heading back very soon.

Stopped off at the riverfront on the way home from the marble arch caves on father'sday, and were welcomed by very pleasant staff who showed us to our seats. I would highly recommend the Riverfront, the food was gorgeous and the staff were excellent, and what I thought was so nice of them was at the end of our meal they gave out lotto tickets for the euro millions to the fathers for fathers day which I thought was a lovely gesture. I would definitely go back to the riverfront wonderful

Caroline, Tara team organised it so well. Bday girl hadn't a clue until the reveal. Food service was fab. Lovely relaxed welcoming atmosphere.

Food used to be much better then now. was not completely happy about food. Probably chef was change.

Been going here for years and wanted to celebrate a birthday with family. It started well, we arrived at 7.30, promptly seated and served. Waiter and waitress were lovely. Food was ok but not as good as before. Then it went rapidly downhill. the incredibly rude barlady slammed cursed and turned other customers away just after 8. Mid way through our mains she turned up all the lights and turned off the music. We literally had to beg for desserts which were then slammed on the table by the manager.we were prepared to spend money and have some drinks afterwards. We werent even asked if we wanted tea or coffee before bill was slammed in the table while bar lady groaned and complained about her boss for all to hear. We left at 9.25 and had to be let out of a locked front door. After nearly 20 years of visiting the riverfront, where Jimmy and Antoinette have always been welcoming. We will never darken the door again whilst their current management run customers out. Sad to see. You used to have such a lovely team out front. Your bar lady is abhorrent.
