21 Burgers - Virginia Beach

Bad customer service. I ordered online and was later called and said they were from the ground Turkey. I am reasonable, so I have told them that it is okay to cancel the order simply, because I am the only member of my budget that can eat beef. Destiny said that would not be a problem and then I asked about my refund. She told me that I would have to contact the company that they use for their website, again reasonable I asked how I could contact the company. She had 0 answers. I asked if she could give me something to show that the order was not filled, she said that she was the only thing she had. I asked if she was a manager or if someone was nearby who knew more about the refund process. Then she told me that her father ran the restaurant and they had no managers. As a customer, I am disappointed that I must be the one who researches their providers contact information and find out how I get my money back. They should also have updated their website so that the options they would not appear from. I also asked for a retrieval from the manager/owner and must receive one more. That was over 5 hours ago. That's okay if I take my business elsewhere.

There on the recommendation of teacher friends with whom my wife works in the nearby school and was not disappointed. Not only did they have a wide selection of 21 baseball themes called Burger, which, when we ordered, became fantastic..went with a classic bacon cheeseburger...but the owner overhead my wife and I discuss the maize frit on the menu and he had the kitchen make us an order. You were great too. Only a great first experience there and we will definitely go back.

I noticed this place a few weeks ago and finally got a chance to stop. The place is clean, baseball themes and has a friendly staff. As the name says, they have 21 different burgers, along with some other options, pages and desserts. I have the homer, and it was delicious although I think I will ask her to cook the waffle a little more (that's right, the waffle). If you're in the area, check them out.

Great All American Burger Dive! From her famous waffle bacon burger with bacon infused waffle battery or the grilled cheese burger, to amazing deep roasted onion rings, fried pimples, shake and roasted ores! The staff was great and friendly! Bye bye 5 guys, hello 21 Burgers!

I was pleasantly surprised by the broken chicken strips. They were slightly seasoned and perfected. The size and quality were for me. My son enjoyed the Chili cheese burger meal. He ate every bite as it was a taste of heaven. I'd order again.
