Feedback gevenThe food is consistently excellent. I tried the Jamaican French toast, but it wasn't quite to my liking—my mistake, not theirs. They provide generous portions, which is great, but I specifically ordered the French toast because I wasn't looking for a large meal. Thank you!
My server, Noah, did an excellent job, and the atmosphere was decent, though a bit too open for my liking—it reminded me of Cracker Barrel, but without the same price range. However, the food wasn't the best I've had at Baker's Crust.
This place isn't what it used to be. They now charge an extra 3.5% fee that the server couldn't clearly explain. At first, she mentioned it was a COVID fee, and then she referred to it as an inflation fee. It's absurd! They've already raised their prices due to inflation, and now they're tacking on an additional fee for the same reason.
I reserved their private room for a rehearsal dinner on October 21st. The catering manager, Efrain Guerrero, was great. Stayed in touch through emails and phone calls throughout the process. Server David was great, serving drinks as fast as he could. I really should give David a 5 star for his service. It's not his fault for being the only server. All items I picked out for this buffet turned out delicious, except the pork tenderloin. It was underseasoned. I'd like to suggest to the chef to serve this with some kind of sauce or gravy. The Asian sesame meatballs, bacon sliders, and penne pasta Alfredo with chicken were excellent!!!I'd use this place again.
We came in on a Monday evening. There were 7 people including us in the entire restaurant. We were promptly seated but after 10 minutes of watching the waitresses chat at the bar we still hadn’t even been offered water. A shame because the food and cocktail list looked really good. We left without ever talking to a member we of the waitstaff after 15 minutes.
