Burger King - Virginia Beach

Bit of a walk from the oceanfront but sometimes you just want a Whopper and nothing else will satisfy. The location has a Cocacola Freestyle drink fountain. When I visited they had Surge soda, I haven't had Surge since the early 2000s The location was well kept and clean, the staff were friendly.

Did a mobile order and it was exact. I even customized some items on my sandwich. They were fast and efficient and friendly also.

I’m on vacation and was craving a burger. I chose to eat at this location. Best Burger King I have ever ate at! Super friendly staff. My whooper literally tasted like it was cooked fresh from a 5 Star steak house! The fries were hot, crispy and fresh. Good job to the staff! Amazing!!

So I stopped by at 645pm on a Wednesday and hoped to find a quick tasty meal. I got quick but that was all. There were 4+ employees behind the counter. Took my order and food was out quickly. Went to get my drink and no ice. 15 mins later several other customers told them the ice was out and they still did not fill it. Employees seemed more interested in chatting and standing around than working. My bacon double cheeseburger is pictured here. Really? That constitutes bacon? Another weak performance by Burger King. Get the supervisor to manage and train the staff.

We came to this Burger King today around 10:20pm and boy did we regret it. We ordered two burgers, a fry, and cookies. We DID NOT receive the cookies. The fries were fresh but the lady didn’t even bother salting them, guess she didn’t want to clean the machine again. On the Whooper Jr I got the burger patty itself was so old and crusty that when I flicked it, it made a thunking noise and when I chewed it, it was crunchy and hard, it was revolting. The only good food product was the bacon king we ordered no complaints from my partner. Super upset after our visit especially since we just got off work and we’re looking forward to our meal. Don’t recommend.
