Cal'z Pizza - Virginia Beach

The food is okay, but the restaurant has changed over the years. It used to be my favorite spot for wings, but that's no longer the case. They rush you off the phone and don't seem to listen to your order. I inquired about the price for a 50-piece order of wings, and before I knew it, they charged me and hung up. I wanted to place my order properly since I was at work. When I got home and checked the box, there were indeed 50 wings, but when I called to discuss the issue, they hung up on me again. My experience was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the food tends to be overcooked. That being said, they do make the best calzone around, which is my wife's favorite item from their menu.

This place is absolutely amazing! My family visited Virginia Beach for our mother's memorial, and we were a group of four siblings along with our families. When you call to place a delivery order, you actually get to speak to a real person, and the prices are very reasonable. On Sunday evening, we were searching for a restaurant where all of us could dine with our aunts and uncles without breaking the bank. We decided to visit the restaurant, and they exceeded our expectations! You all are fantastic—keep up the great work! Thank you so much!

The food was excellent, and the service made us feel very welcome. We arrived as a large group, and they suggested preparing some pizzas for those who would be arriving late. They even offered us a complimentary 2-liter bottle of Pepsi! The seating was very clean as well.

Tried to place order online it didn't place order but was debited from my cc. Called asked did order go through the man on the other end said it didn't. So than I notice that there was some kind of error called to place the order...The man on the other end was so rude nasty and Said we are done we are Not delivering no more to night. Now it's nothing wrong with saying that but...He sounded annoyed angry. Ugh I use to really like Calz back in the day but now I will never think about ordering from a place with customer service like that again. It just seemed like he didn't want to take my order.

This really hits the spot..boneless 1/2 hot..1/2 suicide..beer battered onion rings..
