Feedback gevenThis is honestly the worst Chipotle location I've ever visited. They get my order wrong every single time and are consistently slow with takeout and delivery. If you consider using the drive-thru, save yourself the trouble—you'll find yourself stuck for over two hours without the line moving at all.
My husband and I went to buy two rolls, but the portions they served were very small. I don’t understand why they are reducing the serving sizes.
I haven't had the best experiences at Kemps River Chipotle in the past. However, I recently placed a mobile order and picked up my food. There was a brief moment of confusion, but they eventually handed my order to me. To my surprise, they managed to get everything I ordered right. It's great to see an improvement in their service. Well done to the Chipotle management!
I placed an order online for pickup at 9pm..I even showed up 5 mins late to ensure it was ready upon my arrival,but to no avail nobody had even started it yet. When I walked up the the counter,everybody just looked at me like I had 4 heads until I said I was there for an online pick up,a simple how can I help you or something would've sufficed...on top of that, there are 2 people on break and everyone else is just lolly gagging around on their phones,so why wasn't my order ready when I arrived since everyone has so much free time? Then on top of that I had to go back in to get my drink that they forgot,not like it was available anyway..I won't be coming here again..
Went about 3 in the afternoon, no customers in restaurant, none in line, none in drive thru. Waited 5 minutes for someone to serve me, right there in line, 4 workers saw me, but nope, just kept prepping food and stocking. So I left. If you don't want my money, plenty of places do.
