The smoothies and sandwiches are delicious, but the boba falls short compared to other establishments I've visited.

I ordered a smoothie, but it tasted like powder! I asked if I could exchange it for milk tea, since it has milk in it, but they refused! It's disappointing that they don't prioritize customer satisfaction. I gave them two stars only because they have Bora pearls.

I didn't like boba until I tried Jelly Ball. I've had a few other places, and they don't compare. Everything we have ordered has been very fresh-tasting, the boba is the perfect consistency, and so far, every flavor we have mixed together, they have been amazing. That first sip always satisfies my taste-buds. I honestly think I've had too much tea lol, but that won't stop me.

Its AMAZING! Every other boba place dies in there presence. I might seem dramatic but it is so delicious!! ?
