Pizza Hut - Virginia Beach

I've been ordering from this restaurant for the past year and have experienced some changes, but I've never had any issues with this location. The staff is consistently friendly, and my orders have never been wrong. On one occasion, they forgot an item, but they promptly went back to get it. Overall, this place offers the best pizza around!

This Birdneck Rd location is the best Pizza Hut in Virginia Beach! Your pizza is always served hot and cooked perfectly — never overdone or undercooked. No matter which location is closest to you, it's worth the trip to this Birdneck location to enjoy a fantastic meal!

Why bother taking a delivery order, charging my card show that it's being prepared then not show up? We placed the order at 8:15p.m. called almost 2 hours later (I already knew it wasn't coming) the manager had the employee tell me we don't deliver to your neighborhood after dark. Damn, I had no idea my neighborhood was the hood...thanks for enlightening me.

My experience wasn't bad, but they really need to have someone at the counter who can assist longer. I had to wait quite a while to place my order and then again when I returned to pick it up.
