Pollard's Chicken Catering At Centerville

The food is cooked fresh, just as you would expect from Pollard's. The cashier seemed a bit stressed but remained polite and friendly to all the customers. I ordered the fried gizzards, and they were absolutely delicious! I haven't tasted gizzards this good since they were sold at Church's Chicken!

I waited nearly 15 minutes past the scheduled time for a takeout order I had placed a few hours earlier. The cashier didn't say anything—just took my money and left me wondering where my chicken was. However, the meal itself was fantastic; they really know how to make great fried chicken!

Staff was friendly, helpful knowledgeable about the menu. They were the closest location that had the chicken liver and rice on Saturday that my mom likes. Portion for regular order was large. More than she could eat in one sitting. They don't accept my tax exempt so if it wasn't for my mom loving their food I would not patronize their establishment.

When this restaurant opened a few years ago, my family and I tried it and it was terrible. However, we visited again today and were pleasantly surprised by the significant improvement! I can now wholeheartedly recommend this location. The chicken is delicious, and the gizzards are great too. We kept our order small this time, but I'm looking forward to coming back to explore the many other items on the menu. They have a wide variety to choose from, including plenty of desserts.
