Smokey Bones Virginia Beach

Up Date. Went this week (12/30/23 and was there 2 weeks prior, I hate to say it's food quality has really gone down hill and this use to be one of my favorite restaurants. Ordered the smoked wings and they were so over cooked and dried out we left ½ of them they wasn't fit to eat. Family came into town and want to go there to eat last week. I tried to persuade them to go elsewhere. (They wish they had listen to me this time I went with something different. I got the steak. Bad mistake ordered it rare. It was medium at best. Waitress never came back to see if everything was ok and never drought me my steak sauce. I had a side of potato wedges. They were cold!! Speaking of cold it was so cool in the restaurant we couldn't take off our coat. We did ask to be moved away from the windows it helped some, but the people setting behind us left because it was to cold in the restaurant. Try and go weekly, they have great BOGO nightly specials during the week. Best waiter there, Bobby is very attentive and making sure everything is up to par!!

Came in for liquid diet, Lauren B was on point with the refills. Outsiding customer service. Thank Ashley H for stopping by and checking on us.

Christmas Eve and we got a spot right away. Food and service were awesome
