Feedback gevenI experienced complete disregard and disrespect from two specific employees at this subway location, unlike anything I've encountered before. The workers noticed me at the counter, laughed and snickered among themselves in the back, and made me wait for 10 minutes before assisting me. When they finally did provide service, it felt rushed and disrespectful. Overall, it was a truly awful experience.
The food was incredible, as always, and the staff were quite helpful. One downside is that you have to place your order on a tablet, which can be a bit disappointing since you can't add as much as you want. Apart from that, everything was great—though a little background music would definitely enhance the atmosphere!
The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the food not only looks fresh but also tastes incredible. The staff is friendly and attentive as well. I would definitely choose this place over others in the area.
This is by far the WORST Subway I have ever been to! They have horrible customer service, barely know English, they have roaches, they even had someone throw something at the front window and it was all busted up for a long time just looking unpleasant and scary, they don’t accept cash so don’t even try that, they told my 4 year old to shut up when she started crying, they don’t even where masks during COVID!!! Do not go here!!!
