Village Inn - Virginia Beach

I need a second visit before I can publish my final decision on this site. I'm just leaning on a solid one. we couldn't taste a cake. Next trip soon!

One of the best breakfast places in virginia beach. the place. it has everything, breakfast, lunch, dinner. great americana atmosphere crazy good service and even better eating. I love the ultimate chic always delicious and very fill. go here without care, but be in a cooled and pampered condition of the mind. beautiful village inm,

Doctor Minderson. Many many years I have been going out to eat and the village inn is my very best place in Virginia beach. I have been to many places in my life time but the food and service is so consistent every time we go. I rate this place better than some restaurants in the service area. What's I think why this restaurant is so successful is because the owner is usually their. He treats everyone like family including his help

Village Inn: Down hill. We (me, my son, and my mom) used to visit Village Inn a couple times a month. As we noticed service and food quality was going down, our visits lessened. After last night's miserable experience, we are done. We sent back two ice- cold and congealed entrees and were told by Trish that we would be comped for them, yet my mother was charged for FOUR entrees and then TWO were subtracted. NOT COMPED. We wound up waiting for additional minutes. AND the food was abysmal. My son's medium burger was served red, **** and dripping, but he was hungry and ate it anyway. Food is always delicious and staff friendly...until today. Hosted Tara was rude and nasty. Management needs to really evaluate if that's the type of employee they want greeting their loyal customers.
