Wendy's - Virginia Beach

I was unhappy with my order being late and incorrect, witnessed a roach crawling on the wall, and heard employees swearing at each other in the back. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is a disgrace and should just shut down. The staff is rude and the dining room was closed at 5 pm on a Wednesday. The place is dirty and the papertowel holder is falling off the wall. Our two orders had three errors. It is a shame that this franchise doesn't deserve any stars.

The service was horrific. First they tried to shortchange me gave me a hamburger With no fries. for my $6. Biggie bag, then refuse to Let me see the manager. When I asked for the store number, they gave number 606 when I tried to put in a complaint, they said that store number was for Phoenix, Arizona.

It is 10:37am in the morning in the lobby is closed. Lots of cars in the parking lot and they're open in the Drive-Thru. I guess it's just poor management but don't understand how you can have a restaurant and not have the lobby open.

This store is horrible. This is my second day in a row. I kept thinking they had an off day. Today was just as bad as yesterday couldn't get my food order right the manager could barely ring up to order it's horrible stay away from the store if you wanna go to Wendy's, go to the one on Upton Drive in Virginia Beach. I don't know what's worse the food or the service.
