Feedback gevenThe woman with the afro who took my order was rude and had an attitude. When I asked for light ice in my drink, she rolled her eyes at me. The broth was very hard and the sausage was burnt. This happened on Sunday, May 29th at 8:50 PM. If they don't want to serve customers, why work in customer service? I was polite and smiled, but she was rude.
After waiting for 10 minutes in the car in the drive-thru line, I was informed that the restaurant was no longer taking orders for the day at 9:45 PM. I was the last person in line, but they were unable to serve me. I will never return to this Wendy's. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is simply unacceptable.
The breakfast at this restaurant is excellent, surpassing all others in the fast food industry.
So I was on my 15 minutes break and it was a long day and I wanted to get a frost. So I went in and it was a little happened when I went on the break and I was to wendy’s quick ursache his like a 5 minute foot from my job. I'm in there, they didn't even notice me, and everyone was rude because they said how oh my god, they forgot to lock all doors and we don't serve you at all and you have to go now because we don't open. I looked at google and it said dinner room open, but they still refuse to put in one thing, and all I wanted was a frosty causal that I had like a sweet tooth and needed something good.
Dave Thomas must be laughing at Ray Kroc in heaven. The classic double I ordered couldn't have been more perfect. It was perfectly assembled, fresh, hot and juicy. By comparison, it's been years since I've had a Big Mac that wasn't a cold, poorly put together mess on stale bread. The staff was fast and friendly, even though they were short handed.
