Feedback gevenFood was good and fast. Minus stars because the drive thru employee had his mask under his nose and the employee who brought food to my car was fiddling with hers as if she just pulled it up.
Cold nuggets, lukewarm burger, hot fries.. Guess you can only expect so much much from a fast food, drive-thru window!
Ms. Mary is a very nice lady. She correct my order when one of the clerks mess my order up. She is a very wonderful lady. Thank you Ms. Mary
Stole our money! We got a meal here and when we got home it was not only the wrong burger, it was completely raw inside. My husband called 5 times with no answer so he called the general number on the receipt. He sat on hold for 25 minutes just to talk to someone about a refund. They gave him a name and told him to go back to the location for a refund. So he did. They charged us again for a meal no one ate instead of refunding the money! I called and spoke to Melissa. She was super nice and very helpful. She talked to the GM and we will be getting both refunds in cash. The only reason I changed this to 2 stars is because she was so nice. Thanks Melissa!
I almost never write reviews but this was of the worst Drive thrus I have been to. After ordering I was informed that they were out of lettuce and cheese for the bacon cheeseburger, and when I pulled up to the window two of the three employees were not wearing their face masks correctly/at all, I was told there would be a five minute wait on nuggets and then there wasn?t and when I got home all of the food was cold and the burger was so dry it was shriveled. I was surprised by this due to the decent amount of cars in front of me, I was really hoping for something semi fresh even if it?s fast food.
