Feedback gevenThey completely got my order wrong! So upset because I ordered online and spent $50 for the food to arrive and none of it was correct. I ordered classic wings and got different flavors and what I got instead are thighs! The store never answered their phone so I can try to get a refund and/or have my order reordered again but NO ONE has answered and I?ve tried calling for 40 minutes? terrible. I?m out of $50 dollars and stuck with food I don?t even like!
I truly hate to leave this bad of a review but time and again this continue to screw up my orders. The General Manager, a female who 's name I can 't tell you because she wasn 't wearing a name tag, tried to tell me these wings were made fresh and to the best quality that WING STOP offers. She saw nothing wrong with these. This was after they had a screwed up the original entree order. This was all steaming from the last screw up back on 12Jul22 where my kids chicken tenders were completely left out. They 're fix was 15% off my next order, the one that led to today 's catastrophe. I 've contacted the store owner, hopefully change is coming.
Sad for the girl who was working because she was working by herself. Also, weird that it was about 1 pm but no BBQ sauce for wings. Great customer service tho. Great tasting chicken sandwich.
The first incident occurred when my husband came home from work with chicken that tasted like fish and had burnt crumbs on it. How is that even possible? They don’t even serve fried fish, which clearly indicates the grease was old. The final straw came when I walked in to pick up our last order and saw two young ladies cooking in the back with AirPods in. One of them asked for my name twice! I thought, "If you took your AirPods out, maybe you could hear me!" And on top of that, they were handling my fries without gloves. They drowned them in cheese and over-salted them! That was it for us; we refuse to return. It's disappointing because Wing Stop used to be our favorite place. We won’t keep spending our money at a restaurant that clearly doesn’t care about quality. Oh, and by the way, it was the same girl my husband noticed messing up our orders previously. It's time to get your staff in order.
I had my first meal at this restaurant, and I had heard many great things about the food beforehand. It did not disappoint – the food is delicious! However, I found the service and setup a bit unusual; it seems more tailored for online orders and pickups.
