Fastest friendly service I had at kfc EVER. GIVE THESE FOLKS A RAISE

The chicken is very greasy. And small pieces. No coleslaw now in the combos. Sodas are very expensive.

Ordering online is simple enough for take-out but at this specific location often times the order is not ready at the indicated time (I understand this may be corporate overestimating things). With that in mind, I also understand they maybe understaffed (there was three employees there at 5pm and did not seem that busy though) but twenty five minutes after the indicated time and still tending to new walk-in clients (and they getting food before me) prior to getting my order that has now been paid for 40 to 45 minutes prior is stretching it a bit. The order was a 2-piece meal so nothing large that should lead to delays. The service here is sporadic from very good (on occassion) to this type of experience equated to a coin flip.

Today's meal was great. Sometimes they missed the brand before by making food hours before. They always work to cheat the weak points. It's been smooth lately. Keep it on KFC.
