Mcdonald's - Visalia

This place is nasty, its like nobody cleans. Went into the play area bc my kids enjoy playing here. Idkw. But all the tables where dirty the floor was just as bad the trash was over flowing and don't get me started on the bathroom. It was like entering a dirty porta-potty. I never have a good experience with McDonald's. They always ether get the order wrong or the forget items you order.fyi I did not eat I had to sit this one out.

The app said they were out of large cups, but failed to notify me that they were closed. I really wish it could have that notification instead of me going there thinking the app was glitching at check out.

We took almost an hour and they didn't even attend us and when they did they where very rude bad service over

Feb 22,2024 around 11am I witnessed a female, black,heavyset employee with blue hair profanity and verbally yell at a younger male.She was probably late 20s ,he looked 20 ish.I don't know if she was a manager but she should be gone period...used f word several times,and continued on after the young man he was mopping) left..it makes for a pretty scarey environment..No other staff seemed to notice ,or maybe didn't care...it was abusive in my opinion
