Feedback gevenI usually love this place, I go every morning there pretty much before work, but the last two trips I had a bad experience. the girls in the window were rude and gave me dirty look when I asked for something, and I asked to use my 50% from the Tuesday cold drink goodschein and got full price. disappoint.
We all need to understand the volume of customer's both indoors and out that can cause a delay in making it a quick stop for that morning coffee or breakfast sandwich. That being said customer service has never been less than 100% at any of my daily locations and especially those awesome drive thru employees. Thank you all
I'll never go back to this location. They filled half of my venti frappacino with whipped cream to avoid giving me a venti amount.. Really sleezy tactic just to save themselves a buck.
I pulled through the drive thru literally 2 minutes after they closed because I didn’t know what time they closed. A girl goes onto the drive thru speaker and says “sorry we just closed” and right after her a guy speaks and says “we closed” and I responded and said “oh okay thank you” and they started laughing on the headset. To me that’s unprofessional rude. I came on 04/21/22. So whoever was closing I hope the manager sees this speaks with them so this doesn’t happen in the future to anybody else :
My drink was great, and light ice, just like I asked. Best thing was this note, needed it for my day! Thanks baristas!
