The Frosted Muffin - Visalia

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since the beginning. I had a feeling it would be successful, and I was right. I enjoy everything on their menu and will continue to do so in the future.

This lovely small store has amazing cupcakes! My daughter and I chose six, and each one was delicious! Definitely the best cupcake shop in the area!

I had the best cream puffs and cupcakes ever! I was lucky to get the last 2 cream puffs today.

The only cupcake-oriented business I know that survived the boom bust cupcake wave; for good reason. Great cupcakes! Hope they stay for years to come.
