Wendy's - Visalia

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant, which is unfortunate. I usually believe that you can't go wrong with franchise establishments because their food is typically consistent. However, in this case, the service was what made a huge difference. This place was extremely slow, they made several mistakes with my order, and they hurried us along even when things were not going well. In reality, their efficiency was just an illusion.

The food was served hot and fresh. The manager even offered my wife a sample of a peppermint Frosty, which was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. Overall, excellent experience!

I ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats tonight and had a frustrating experience. After waiting over an hour and having three different drivers, I was informed that my order wasn't in their system. I have to say, this is really disappointing and far from the first bad experience I've had with this place. They opened a new location but seem to have just hired average workers. It's frustrating to see this is the norm, similar to the struggling McDonald's and Taco Bell nearby, as well as the budget-friendly Del Taco. It feels like the same staff is working at all of these places. I've even had to travel across town to the same chains that are closer to me, only to receive better service even on their worst days. It might be time to reevaluate your staff and hire better people before this location ends up just as empty as the CVS that used to be there.

Bad customer service. Would give it zero stars, but unable to do so to place review. Waited to order at the drive thru only to receive absolute rudeness. Was left waiting at the drive thru window with 3 employees looking out but not one acknowledged us. Waited 10 minutes with no one to take payment.

First of all no receipt to make official complaint, missing items, stale tortilla wrap, food was not fresh at all. Drive through worker was ghetto af. Worst experience!! I won’t take my kids back.
