Chick-fil-a - Vista

Came here with a free meal gift card from my church that i just got a couple weeks ago. They said it was already used months ago. I asked if they usually take the card when presented with it and they said yes, (so obviously i hadn't used it yet) but they still said sorry, cant do it. Thanks guys

Annelise was very quick to take my order, felt rushed, she completely forgot my order and u didn’t end up with have if what I asked for

It feels like they put only scraps in. They put one whole normal product on top and put the rest of the small crap inside as if the packaging is beautiful and inside you eat what's left. Crazy service this is location

Chick-fil-a does it again! The team here works extra hard to make sure you receive that special service! They go above and beyond to make you feel accommodated and like a family! The dining area is always clean, even when it’s non-stop busy! They host events on occasion and it’s always a good atmosphere, my kids love coming here. On top of the service, you have the renowned signature Chick-Fil-A meals and flavors! I had the nugget meal and a Banana pudding cake, with the waffle fries. My goodness. It was so good! Do your community a favor and stop by, and let this team provide excellent service as you’d expect!

Just left your drive thru window and wanted to let you know as someone who formerly worked for chick fil A that I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service I received from Belen. I would put her in the leadership team if she isn't already ! Honestly she was fantastic! This is my first meal coming out of a hospital stay and it made such a huge difference to be met by her smile and genuine care for your customers
