Feedback gevenI really love this location! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the interior is kept tidy. It's my first visit here, and I just noticed how close it is to my workplace, which is super convenient. They also had my favorite red velvet loaf, which made me very happy. I think I'll start coming here more often!
The music is so loud, featuring breakcore, hyperpop, and Jpop, that it's hard to miss it—definitely a unique atmosphere! I would give this place a perfect score of 10/10. The staff is consistently friendly, and I've never had an issue with my drinks. Just a heads-up, though: not all of the outlets are functional for charging your laptop.
I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I found the drive-thru a bit confusing. The staff was nice, but my drink tasted watered-down. I also accidentally bumped over the curb while exiting, as the space was quite tight.
The customer service at this Starbucks is incredibly disappointing—it's by far the worst I've encountered. Waiting 15 minutes for a brewed drip coffee is simply unacceptable. It would be nice if the staff took our orders and interacted with us, rather than treating us like just another customer.
I think Laurie was very nice, but it felt like no one really paid attention to my order. I was disappointed that I used my rewards only to get an iced chai that was too hot, with just a couple of ice cubes in it. Since I was in the middle of doing food deliveries, I couldn’t go back and wait another ten minutes for them to correct my drink, even though I was the only one in the drive-thru.
