Swami's Cafe - Vista

Swami's Vista offers hearty and healthy meals for both breakfast and lunch! With a wide-ranging menu, choosing what to order can be a challenge, but the friendly staff is there to assist you if you're feeling indecisive. Swami's is a fantastic addition to Vista Village, complementing the variety of family-owned businesses in the area. As soon as you walk in, the enticing aroma of over ten different coffee options awakens your senses, along with the delicious food.

This restaurant offers something for everyone, whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or a meat lover. There are plenty of delicious breakfast choices available, along with fresh-squeezed juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, and more. It can get quite busy on weekends, so be prepared for that. You place your order and pay upfront, and seating is self-service, but the staff will bring your food to your table. The food was decent overall, but my pitaya bowl had moldy strawberries. I informed the staff, but they didn't seem very pleased that I returned it. However, the dirty chai and the scramble were both enjoyable.

I absolutely love Swami's! Every visit has been a wonderful experience. I tried the potato tofu burrito with soy cheese, onions, and peppers, complemented by a side of fruit. They offer a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options, along with plenty of dishes that cater to various tastes! The atmosphere is lovely, the coffee selection is impressive, and overall, it's a delightful experience. I highly recommend this place, as there's truly something for everyone! Plus, the portion sizes and prices are quite reasonable, which is always a bonus!

I visited Swamis in Vista on President's Day, and it was bustling with activity. The food was excellent, and the service was commendable, even though they were understaffed. I ordered the ABC omelet, while my wife had the spinach omelet. Both were delicious!
