When Pigs Fly Bbq - Vista

We have been getting bbq from when pigs fly for a long time and it is in the regular pretty good, though sometimes inconsistent. Yesterday we ordered food again, rack out pork and brisket as usual. ribs did not look as usual, they were smaller and it was definitiw not a whole rack (if they often order they know what they should get, in the rule 12 bones and we were 8) with brisket, just not as there were full 1.5 lbs. when we came home, I weighed the brisket and it was 1 pfund and 4 ounces, which is 4 ounces short, what she was for (over $100 on the way for the meat and 2 sides plus brotpudding) . Beyond that, the ribs were terribly not properly spiced, dry and hard and looked pale out, I can seriously better ripen on my little smokey joe smoker. brisket was cut from some ground into small pieces. we were very disappointed about eating and with the restaurant ripped off when this is how they are doing now, we will have to find another grill place. it doesn't matter to spend money on good bbq, but over $100 for dry and unzagged rack or ripen (we paid for full rack, but got 2/3) and 1.5 lbs brisket (paid for 1.5lbs and got 4 oz less) plus 2 pages and pudding is just disgusting.

The kitchen is really cheap and takes just a minute to prepare. enjoy their dinner in a trendy, fast and delicious environment. excellent supplement to the atmosphere in the city. buy something!

I have hired as pigs fly bbq for my 120 person high time and they knock it out of the park! izzy was excellent in communication and answering my questions/concerts. there was a lot of food, everything was warm when it was served and the guests still comment on how delicious it was.

We went to her original location a few years ago and loved it. when we came back to sd, we were excited to see their new place. the road she is on was not busy when we were there, but parking was still a challenge. I can't imagine it during the high season. we were disappointed to find that they were from several menu items, the pulled swarm was very salty and the makkaroni and cheese was muddy. Pity!

Best BBQ I've had since Louie Mueller's in Texas! Tried the brisket and the pulled pork. Superb! Next time I'll try the sausage and the chicken.
