The service is absolutely perfect, the waiter Dario is kind, slightly in the background but always close, when you need something. We love his kind of service. The Chef Angelo di Stefano cooks like a king. And he has a great personality, he is really an emperor of food and wine and we will never forget his way of reading in our eyes what we want to eat and drink. A written menue is available, but we never needed it. And a big Thank You also to the people in the kitchen, who are helping to make the stay in this restaurant to a trip through kulinaric happyness.

Colonna is an outstanding restaurant! Warm service and truly refined kitchen in a gorgeous setting. Every dish We tasted was well balanced with freshness coming out on every bite. Wine suggestion could not be more adequate. Definitely Colonna has been our best experience while in Sicily so far. Well worth making a visit on our way to Ragusa.
