Feedback gevenIt is our 17th anniversary of marriage and, intrigued by reviews, we decide to try this restaurant . Let's go, and we immediately notice the rather neglected and neglected environment; However reviews read previously reported to this aspect, so as not to scare us and we sit in a large and worryingly empty room... of customers especially. Here is a girl who asks us if we prefer pizza or restaurant; intrigued by the dishes seen in the photo we opt for the restaurant. At this point the waitress reports that because of the Covid the menu has been resized and that it has to go to the kitchen to understand what is there. Between the squalor of the place and this interlocutory answer, my wife asks if it is not the case of leaving, but I answer that we must not be avoided and so, for a speech of education we decide to stay. After a few minutes here is the return waitress that illustrates two mini menus, one of meat and one of fish; I ask if you can guide me and answer that the chef is known for his fish dishes and then we opt for the latter. We take two appetizers, a first and a second and accept the proposal of a Pinot Grigio. After a few minutes arrive two appetizers offered by them, two anchovies in oil on three salad leaves, to follow the two appetizers. Mine is a octopus with olives, capers and huge grains of salt, unfortunately not able to hide the strong smell of avariate fish emanating the dish. I take a fork and the taste unfortunately does not forget the smell. Even my wife's cod, although it does not emanate the same smell, certainly does not appear well. Delus, let's call the waitress who asks you to stop every order and tell her dinner would end there for us. We sit in the bar adjacent to the room, waiting for the chef; embarrassed for the situation, we prepare 20 euros for the wine and covered and we hope that the wait is not too long; after 10 minutes arrive the chef who without knowing the course of the dinner and without proferring verb, begins to beat on the money the amounts of everything we did not eat. Allied by so much rudeness, I allow myself to inform him about the quality of the dishes we have served, focusing in particular on the non-commerability of the octopus and showing kindly insophagus about the payment of the entire account. At this point the chef threatens to call the carabinieri...; I'm even more impressed, my wife expects me out, it's our anniversary and the situation is really grotesque. He asks 48 euros, I give him 50 years and I leave.... I have not had more time and desire to discuss with him and 50 euro charity free me from this sad but at the same time comic situation. . We finished the evening at the Right Spirit, a place recently opened in Ferrara, where we ate and drank a couple of excellent beers at the head and the final rice of our evening; it was a different anniversary, somehow fun and absolutely unforgettable. A regret... the failed arrival of the carabinieri... who know how much they would have had fun; I would have asked them to taste my octopus and perhaps they would have removed all the dish and also the pseudochef.

Excellent cuisine with menus of few courses both of fish and meat and performed with mastery, passion and youth. Bravo to the chef
Plates made with a large hand and capacity. I would use the fruit a little less. Portions almost from new star cousin well you should take appetizer before and second. Wine paper absolutely to be reviewed and not in line with the quality proposed at the table.
Simple local but excellent cuisine and attention to detail, eaten in 2 fish and 2 meat.... both super... the young cook... to try
