I do not recommend this place to anyone! I walked in and spoke to the manager. The manager supposedly approached me (although he looked more like a Caucasian thug) and started to poke me and be rude. When I mentioned that they shouldn't speak to customers that way, he replied rudely and uncivilly, questioning who I am and it seemed like he was ready to hit me. I didn't wait for any apologies or explanations for his behavior. Overall, a very negative experience. If you're looking for a place with polite staff (as their sign claims), this is not the place for you. I suggest choosing another bar. It's hard to imagine such behavior in our civilized country. A piece of advice for the manager: customers bring money to your establishment and expect to be treated with politeness and respect. Personally, I don't care about this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know, especially since there are plenty of cafes and bars in Volkhov.

The sushi and pizza at this restaurant were delicious. However, we encountered some issues with the service. Our waiter seemed a bit odd, as he brought the wrong cocktail and forgot to bring dishes for the rolls. Additionally, he did not promptly clear our empty dishes from the table. Our table was set for 6 people.

Great place, good staff! And overall good people!!!!
