Dunkin' - Volo

I visited a small restaurant and ordered a box of coffee and other items like donuts, bacon, and hash browns for my roofing crew. I also ordered a drink called a Charlee with two shots of espresso on the side. They ended up adding it to the drink, which was no big deal. However, when I asked for the espresso to be served on the side, I was met with attitude. When the new Charlee and espressos were finally brought out, they asked if that was it. I pointed out that I had also ordered a dozen donuts, which had not been given to me yet. The staff seemed frustrated and the service was lacking, especially considering I was spending $70 at the restaurant. I will likely choose to dine elsewhere if I am in the area again.

So thrilled for a local coffee shop near me!! This place is great; homey, friendly atmosphere.

This morning, the restaurant unexpectedly closed its indoor dining area without any notice on the door. The employee working there was very rude to me when I entered. She demanded if I had a mobile pick up, to which I answered no. She then snapped at me and told me to use the drive thru, rolling her eyes in the process. Despite my polite demeanor, she showed no remorse and provided terrible customer service. Although they have made mistakes with my order in the past, I have never complained because I understand that errors can occur. However, there is no excuse for such rudeness.

We recently found a new restaurant called Late and we absolutely love it. We decided to visit after receiving a recommendation from one of their employees. It is a fantastic establishment with incredibly friendly staff.

What is the point of ordering ahead and still when you get there to pick up the order you?re still waiting another five minutes. Then the staff does not Acknowledge you. It?s like they make you feel that you have inconvenienced them for placing a pick uporder.
