Nice pleasant restaurant. Boar and elk cutlet is quite, with a rich taste, and buckwheat is good for it. Pike dumplings are slightly hard dough, but also tasty. Posikunchiki are good. The borscht is rich (the green onions in the serving were not very fresh, but this is not critical). Somewhat tired, but we were sitting on the veranda and this did not affect the impression. I would like to update the interior, more game dishes and liqueurs so that the restaurant is interesting for repeat visits and becomes great. In general, I can recommend visiting if you are in Vologda. . , , . , . . , , . , , . , , .
I liked it: room decoration, service, live music (the young man sang in a rather pleasant voice), duck breast, cream cheese in a salad with tomatoes, salad dressings were well made. wild boar and elk meat is specific in itself, but it was well prepared. An interesting serving of dishes in the crust (True, the question arose of how they wash it and how durable it is). Great wine selection. Somewhat disappointed: fresh slightly salted fish was clearly frostbitten, in all greens salads one arugula (although the pictures showed micro-greens and other types of salad). : , , , , . , . , . : ,
Everything is delicious enough. But rye buns with overseas caviar were brought with red caviar, the menu compilers are clearly not familiar with the classics, it was a little disappointing. (it was worth writing at least in small print, which is with red caviar) otherwise everything is very tasty. The cream soup was exactly what it needed, the borscht was also quite tasty, the only thing when served with greasy spread and sour cream did not take into account that you can put a couple of croutons on which you can spread this bacon. Pike dumplings are tender with an excellent creamy sauce, and again the menu says with roots, in fact with a little carrots. Wild boar cutlet for game lovers, wonderful tender buckwheat garnish, excellent sauce. In general, a place where you can eat, but you should ask the waiter what exactly the name of the dishes means . , , . , . , , . , , . , . )
The restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious. The desserts are huge and it's impossible to finish them. The service from the waitstaff is also good. The restroom is clean, but there was a shortage of clothes hangers in the cloakroom. We visited in the evening and there were only a few tables occupied, so it was surprising that there weren't enough hangers for our coats. Overall, it's a nice restaurant but they could improve the cloakroom situation.
