Rude all round. No manners what so ever. I found it hard to sit there and watch how rude she was to customers.

We ordered crepes and panini, which were good enough until we surprisingly found a whole bee inside one of them staff handled it well, they changed it immediately we ordered something else but of course the meal was somewhat weird

I've been there for a quick aperitif befor dinner in Volterra city center. Peple are kind and the location is amazing. The place is nice with both bar on one side and ice cream in another room. The spritz was very good, with typical loca cheeses and cold cuts. Suggested for breakfast, aperitif, quick lunch.
