I was here twice – once it was dead and once it was packed – both times the service moved in a snail step. Tonight we sat at 6:45 and got our food not until 8:25. At no point our server offered an apology or even acknowledged the crazy waiting. If you have no nutritional restrictions, it is decent food, but overpriced for Italian food and the part you get... and waiting will ruin your night. If you are looking for gluten-free Italian... this place is a safe bet, regardless of service. I'll also say the desserts are amazing. This place could be great, but the service just ruins the entire experience. I'm just gonna be back for my gluten-free mother!
This experience was much better than that in the past. The duck was very good, but I think the salad could be a lot of interesting salad and add ingredients like tomatoes, olives. Carrots are a nice touch.
The service at the door was slow to sit, but as soon as we sit Lucille was very pleasant and appealing. The pasta dinner was a good value and delicious, and there was great ambience. We were pleasantly surprised from the outword look of the restaurant to the authentic Italian look from inside. Strongly recomended.
This place was pretty average. Nothing bad, nothing special. Calamari was decent, so the salad. Tried her pasta with meatballs and it was good, needed a little salt. The penne of my husband was slightly understated (and we both prefer al dente). Other than the bread was pretty good and our server was nice. Came here bc Olive Garden was packed and the meal we had was quite comparable. Wouldn't go back, but wouldn't scare anyone.
Horrible. Reservations at 6:45. No one to greet. No one asked anything. 7:15 I’m still standing there with my 8 year old. Trying to get her fed from a dance competition. Basically they over booked themselves and couldn’t handle it.
