Nice atmosphere to enjoy some truly Danish traditional food. Dishes are big and a main course can easily fill you. We had the hakketbøf and the wienersnitzel both superb. Recommended.

The place has a very long history. There has been hotel and restaurant, but all closed some years ago. Now the restaurant is opened again with Karina Foss in charge. She and her team make typical danish dishes a small A la Carte with Hakkebøf, Wiener schnitzel and Rødspætte, Tarteletter etc. We tried several of the dishes since we were there twice for dinner. Very good and the service is in top. The place is moderately renewed, but all is kept in the old original style. It is like going back in time when you come there. And the restaurant was full both evenings, so a reservation is most likely best to do.

We ate lunch, two adults and two children. The food was really good and the portions were plentiful. Nice place with good vibe, in cozy surroundings.
