Feedback gevenWe visited this restaurant for the first time. We had reserved a table in advance and ordered pilaf. We were seated by the aisle. Then, for the next 20 minutes, we asked passing waiters to at least give us some water so we could start our meal. We did not receive any. During this time, we approached the administrators twice, telling them they would come but they did not. Finally, after 20 minutes, an administrator barely approached us after our third request to come to our table. They gave us water and assigned a waiter, probably just an intern, who worked very slowly. They ruined our mood with their service. The pilaf was very tasty, probably the most delicious in Moscow. I give a rating of 2/5 for service and quality of service, and 5/5 for pilaf.
Visited today. Waited for a waiter to take our order for 10 minutes, and then waited 45 minutes for our food. We had to take our main course to go as we ran out of time. The buttons on the table were pointless as no one responded to them. A 10% service charge is automatically added to the bill. The dolma was tasteless and came with a tiny portion of sour cream. The fish soup was made from canned fish. There was only one piece of meat found in the pilaf. The bread was basic and there was no difference between the grilled bread and regular bread, except for the price. The urama was tasty, but there was very little meat in it. The total came to 2500 rubles for two people, including tea.
This restaurant serves authentic Uzbek cuisine that is incredibly delicious. It is rare to find a place where you can truly enjoy both the food and the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. Highly recommended!
