Feedback gevenI did a mobile order and had my husband pick it up. I ordered a footling veggie add bacon and a footling cold cut combo with 2 bags of chips. I put on the order form Please cook bacon only on veggie. Do not toast, just cook bacon. Thank you! I sent my husband to pick you the order and guess what?? You got it.... my bacon wasn 't cooked at all! Still cold and flabby! Also my husbands sandwich didn 't have any lettuce. The workers really should pay attention to the order forms..
This Subway in Centerton AR is without a doubt the best Subway I have ever ordered from, I have order from alot of them. I only order 1 sandwich the same everytime an Italian BMT with meat, cheese, mayo, vinaigrette dressing. I have ordered 6 different times since moving here they have all been the same as tasty. I want to thank all the employee's at the Centerton location for doing such a fantastic job, please keep up the great work. I really appreciate all you do including your curbside delivery to my car. Thanks again to the Subway gang in Centerton AR.Lynne A.
There was 2 workers in dinner rush. Probably 10-13 customers in store, mostly mobile orders. The girl has blue hair and the boy working had curly blonde hair (forgot their names) but they absolutely got slammed at once and those 2 were moving as fast as they could. They had a Karen walk in and yell at them because the app gave her am estimated time of 6:15 and it was 6:25. I don't like waiting as much as the next person but I also understand when you get so many orders at once, all you can do is roll with it and go as quick as possible which they were doing. And if that Karen happens to see this, my order was a mobile order as well and the app gives you an estimated time, but also shows when it's actually ready. Going into a shop and yelling at two very young employees that didn't design the app and are clearly doing what they can with the staffing they have fixes nothing. Do better. Also the food we ordered was made amazing and they double checked everything was right.
I called the subway in Centerton Arkansas to place an order over the phone. I needed to do it that way instead of ordering online because somebody else was picking it up and paying for it whenever they got there. The girl who picked up the phone first told me okay well you can do that online or over our app and hung up on me. I called back to inquire whether or not the app or online gave an option for paying at pickup and she said that the person could just order it whenever they got there because they were busy and it was shift change and they didn 't have time to take my order. Isn 't that literally why you guys are open? Isn 't that like literally the whole purpose of your business? Is to fulfill the orders that your customers make? I don 't understand how she could be too busy to do that and your website even says to call the store to place an order as an option.
Staff was rude. Younger lady was impatient and acted like she didn’t wanna be at work.
