J&j's Pizza Shack

J and J's in Valpo, imo, screwed a customer big time and didn't care. Here's the story as I understand it. This is from the person who ordered it. They ordered a pizza and it was delivered to the wrong address. The people signed for it and kept the pizza. Then J and J's REFUSED to compensate the buyer, who never got their pizza. Seriously?? Not until the public put it on social media, did J and J's make it right. People were shocked, mad and angry. Shame on you J and J's. I would bet that if the they didn't complain on social media, you would have never given them the pizza they deserved. To me, that shows your total lack of integrity and your complete lack of caring about your customers. I will never step foot in your place again.

The family went out to celebrate my Dad's Birthday. It's not on the list. We had the kitchen sink pizza, meatlovers pizza. I believe a pork sausage. Pizza was as to be expected ?

The gentleman at the cash register was super friendly and helpful with many tasty suggestions, would come back again!

Delivery driver gave static about her forgetting our drink. She did not apologize for her forgetting and said What are you going to do about it? Horrible excuse for a delivery driver.
