Jimmy John's - W St, Food Court, Moscow

3 times over the years...3 times I gave my address and 3 times they got it wrong...an hour for delivery...I left tip on my card,for driver each time....now I am done with a rude manager who which would not let me take my tip back...1 hour I canceled order now have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get money back....driver finally shows,unaware of cancel....excuses excuses....done with jj....30 bucks for 2 sandwiches and employees that do not care.

I’ve ordered from this location three times and they’ve botched my order every single time. In one instance, we waited two hours after placing an online order before we called. They told us that they had misplaced the order, and when we went to pick up the sandwiches, neither of them were correct. They are also often out of ingredients.The most egregious incident, however, was when I left my house (nearby) and found two JJ employees smoking weed on my front doorstep before getting up and returning to their shift. I followed them inside and ordered a sandwich. I held onto the hope that stoned employees would miraculously produce a correct order…but alas, my sandwich was incorrect yet again.

I was very surprised to find that this Jimmy John’s is probably the best I have ever been to!Their food was fantastic!Service spot on!And their location very convenient to those who want good food for a decent price!
