We ordered Pad Thai and Chef’s Special BBQ Chicken for entrees, and Thai Iced Tea and Sake for drinks. The Pad Thai was good. The Thai iced tea was very good. I didn’t personally try the sake, but the portion was very large; a great value. The BBQ Chicken Curry was amazing; one of the best things we’d ever had, which is saying a lot coming from a hobbyist cook. The visual atmosphere was great, but the country music soundtrack seemed out of place. The ladies provided very nice service. Overall, highly recommended.

This was a wonderful experience. If I could rate this restaurant higher than 5 stars, I would.

We were excited to finally try Suchadas tonight and went in at 5pm for our date night. We soon realized that the service was not going to be good. The waitress walked away during drink orders and food orders before we were done ordering and held multiple conversations while trying to take our order. The food was flavorful, but nothing special. The meat in the Thai fried rice was cold, though the rice was steaming. The pad thai was reminiscent of sweet and sour sauce poured over noodles. Unlike any pad thai I've ever had prior. The highlight of the dishes ordered was the chicken satay and peanut sauce.

Showed up and were told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. Our server gave us water, took our order, and then gave us a pitcher of water and that was the extent of our encounter with her. After an hour and a half we asked how long until our food would be ready and she said a few minutes. We then asked if they had even started our order and she said they hadn't. With this information, we left. I get they are busy. I have and continue to work in the service industry. But to refuse to give us a heads-up about the wait for food after making us wait for that long is unacceptable. Might be worth giving your servers some pointers on how to handle communication with your patrons during busy times at the restaurant.
